How to Hire House Party Bartenders in Auckland
From setup to cleanup, Auckland Bartenders handle all aspects of the bar, allowing you to focus on your guests. We made the hiring process pretty straight forward, see the inclusions and booking procedures as follows.
What is included when you hire a bartender?
Every time you hire our house party bartenders, we include essential barware tools at no extra cost. Cocktail bartenders arrive equipped with shakers, strainers, jiggers, and bar spoons. Standard bartenders come prepared with a wine opener and bar blade. Please note: you’ll be responsible for supplying the drinks, glassware, and ice.
Your standard booking includes a minimum of 3 hours, with the option to add extra time for an additional fee. Please ensure you allow sufficient time for setup and pack-down of the bar area. For smaller parties of 20 to 30 guests, setup typically takes around 25 minutes.
What about the list of ingredients?
Once you secure your bartender hire package of choice, we’ll assist you with your menu and shopping list. You can send us your preferred cocktail selection, or if you're not sure what to choose, we’re happy to offer suggestions. Auckland Bartenders are here to make planning your house party event easy and stress-free.
How do I book?
A deposit is required to secure your bartender booking, with the remaining balance due in full on the day of the event. Please only book if you are 100% certain the event will go ahead. If you decide to cancel the agreed date/location after payment has been made, the fees are non-refundable.
